Get help and send feedback
Applies to all four note types. The online Help Center requires an internet connection. Sending email from the app also requires a working mail account on your device.
Check the Help Center first
- From the library, open Settings → Help Center. You can also open Help Center from a document’s More menu.
- Use the contents or search to find a feature or problem.
- Check which note types, devices, and versions the article covers, then follow its steps. If the page does not load, check your connection and try again.
You can also visit the Help Center home page. The rating option opens the App Store review page. For help with a specific problem, use the contact options below.
Contact the developer
In a document, open More → Contact Us. You can open an email draft, copy the email address, or visit the developer on Xiaohongshu. The draft may already include your system, app version, and Prodrafts Pro status. Review it before describing your issue.
Include your device and system version, Prodrafts version, document type, the menu you started from, the exact steps, what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue occurs every time. If possible, reproduce it with an example that contains no private information and attach screenshots.
If no mail account is configured, the app may offer to open mail setup. You can instead copy the address and start a message in your preferred mail app. Opening a draft or copying an address does not send anything. Check the recipient and message, then send it yourself.
Prepare details and a sample document
Start with the steps you took and the exact message you saw. If support needs a document, try reproducing the problem in a practice note without private content, then export it in the native format. The file may include notes and attachments. Check its contents and recipient before sending; opening the share sheet does not send it.
