Settings and help

Complete a few notes using the default settings first, and then adjust them according to your habits. Changing a few options at a time makes it easier to decide which configuration is right for you.

Adjust writing and interaction preferences

Tool settings include options for pen, Pen Boxes, gestures and preferences. You can also adjust commonly used actions in the toolbar to make writing, inserting content, and reading more smooth.

Use your keyboard with different devices

Mac or iPad external keyboards can use fixed default shortcut keys to switch Pen Boxes tools, add content, and move the canvas; currently keyboard shortcuts cannot be customized. When entering text, letters, numbers, and spaces are still used for input. There are differences in the available tools between devices and document types, such as camera and scanning options. Please refer to the current menu display.

Use supporting tools

When recording the calculation process, you can open the calculator; when practicing or focusing on studying, you can use the stopwatch and countdown timer. Add frequently used operations to the toolbar, and then adjust the immersive display and gesture settings as needed.

When you need to know about paid features, check the in-app membership instructions. When you encounter a problem, you can use the help and feedback option to explain the device, system version, and operation that caused the problem; avoid sending private notes or attachments.
